M271 evo long crank

I own a W204 c180 with the 1.8 M271 EVO engine. I bought it at 110,000 km, and it’s now at 180,000 km. Since I purchased it, the car occasionally has extended cranking times(2-3 seconds). The camshaft adjuster and timing chain were replaced at 100,000 km. I suspect the high-pressure fuel pump, but there are no fault codes. The car drives fine otherwise. I’m looking forward to your recommendations.

You've hit all the right suspects. Now let's get this starting up normally.

The key is not to replace good random parts.
First well troubleshoot what's wrong.

1 -- Connect your scanner to read tank + rail fuel pressures.

2 -- Scan whole chassis for faults in particular ECU for correlation CPS faults.

Post test results.

No fault is good preliminary news.
Now you need to read engine data with Xentry.

>> read ( tank + rail ) fuel pressures.

It's been this way for about 80,000 kilometers. The problem has neither gotten bigger nor smaller. I'll check where you said.

while you're at it grab the fuel trim values at idle. This will confirm fuel supply.

Şimdi Xentry ile motor sistemlerini okumanız gerekiyor.

Fuel pressure is 1.5 bar. It should be min 4

What is your diagnosis?

Great.... almost repaired!!

The 25psi pressure should be near 60psi.

In-tank fuel pump or filter are bad.
Inspect for bad connections then replace new.
