that's a nice deal and slighly above what I would expect at this point for a 2015 on the lot

I'm looking for a base model C300, I want to put $0 money out of pocket for 3 years with 15K miles per year. I was wondering what one can expect to be paying in California with that in mind?
I was thinking of getting a 320i, but I want the pre-safe safety features of the Benz (with the exception of Volvo) I don't think any other car company has those features standard.

I'm about to go sign a lease today, not sure if this is a good deal?
I'm in California, it's a 2015 C300 with Msrp of $47,700.
3 year lease with 12k miles/year
$490/mo with tax included.
No down payment or security deposit.
$1,060 to drive off including first month lease, dmv fee, and other fees.
Is it a good lease deal?

9% off on a C450 in NJ today. Before I went in, I had asked for 10% based on info gathered here! (Thanks people)
I could have got more I'm sure, but I hate the whole experience, just wanted to be in and out.

I managed to grab 8.5%, PLUS the 2000$ MileagePlus Fleet discount cash on my C450 order. ends up being about 12% all in, I was fine with that. Didn't push any further.

Ordered C450 in September here in Los Angeles, no price negotiated, did not even put down a deposit. Two days ago I went to pick her up. With the Mercedes Winter Event sale, I was offered 10% before I even say any number
With a 5 minutes "negotiation", I got it up to 11.5%. With AICPA fleet discount applied, final price was 12.7% off MSRP. Too bad I have to choose between the Winter Event discount of $1500 or the fleet discount of $2000 since both can not be applied at the same time. Otherwise, it would have been even more. Sales guy even throw in a bottle of the fragrance for the Air Balance System (~$130) and promised me 2 keys chains. LOL. It was the most hassle free purchase ever !
