Also, the screen is in nm (Newton Meters), not Foot Pounds, so that's why it's in the 400's...
Finally, that steering wheel looks like the AMG performance wheel available on the C450 as an option...

Wrong, that is definitely a C450 with the AMG performance steering wheel. That's exactly what I have. The C63 wheel would also have a red stripe at the 12 o'clock position. Furthermore, the V8 exhaust note of the C63 is way more brutal, what you hear in that video is a twin turbo 6

Unfortunately you may be right. I called again the head of sales and he sees a production between 15 and 23 of Dec but goes out to the car park in Germany only on Jan 4th. Looks like MB people don't want to bother themselves during xmas period !!!

They will not be lasting long. As soon as I got the car, I went to discount to buy 4 certificates for $220. Apparently with the Continentals, if there is a puncture, the whole tire has to be replaced not patched.

why don't you just buy the whole replacement cover for whatever trim you have? Im sure you could go to the parts department at your mb dealer and request for that cover part for the c63s. the badge I believe is affixed to that cover.

The window sticker reads "C450 AMG" so it isn't posing unless you change the 450 part. That is the name of the car.

That's a true statement. Also I think some of the other models s550 at one time had amg on the right side of the deck. This car has the amg badges on the side rather than the rear. Just a different display this time around

I think it depends where one lives and how the society is there .. Here in Belgium I see alot of C200 , C250 with AMG badge on the trunk, just because it's an AMG line .. ppl dont seem to care... Even when I ordered my c450 the salesman asked me do u want a badge on the trunk we'll put it there if u want .. But I said its ok I prefer debadged trunk.

AMG is simply one man one engine. If it is not a hand built engine car, it is not AMG, and I feel weird driving my C450 around with the AMG badges. I have debadged the side and change the letter from C450 to C250.
