However, I'll chime back in in about 3 months. By that time, we do get some pretty incredible weather for an extended time. Low humidity. Sublime blue skies and daytime temps in the 70s to low 80s. It's why we live in Florida. Summer is the price we have to pay to have paradise the rest of the year!

Yah definitely beat the **** out of us on price but I am not thrilled with the interior seat selection choices in Canada. I am surprised that the black leather and red stitching, designo seat, or performance seat choices were not available.
It is also odd that the night package plus was not available.

I am not sure that I understand their rationale for excluding those options. I assume that your vehicles will be built in Tuscaloosa, AL so if that is the case it makes no sense.

The M-B Canada configurator just reflects the ARTICO/DINAMICA interior in black with the red stitching. Sounds like you have the full options beyond the designo performance seats and the night package plus.

I don't know why would they exclude the night package when it is basically just different lip, diffuser and exhaust tips.....but then the night package is also not available on the C63 so can't really complain for a C450 haha.

Sorry, i meant Black ARTICO/DINAMICA interior with red stitching comes standard not leather (Leather adds $1,990 and designo leather adds $5,500 if i recall correctly).
I don't know why would they exclude the night package when it is basically just different lip, diffuser and exhaust tips.....but then the night package is also not available on the C63 so can't really complain for a C450 haha.

Looking at these posts, the cars are going to be released on both sides of the Atlantic at more or less the same time. I'm in Switzerland and expect to be taking delivery of mine in about a week. Hope so, as I'm planning a trip to Italy in 10 days time over one of the great driving roads in Europe - the Nüfenen pass, which goes up to 2,500m (8,200 feet)

Dang, I thought y'all probably had the vehicle a few months. The M-B Deutschland website listed the vehicle back in March 2015. At least we could explore the interior/exterior color/package options for several months. It sounds like they are just starting to file through the vehicle processing centers in US and Europe.

I have a question for you guys about the seats. I like the looks of the basic seats in the C450. I think black with red highlights is about the best color combo ever but I'm not really clear on what the materials are or if these are the materials that people are having the bleeding problems with. Are the Artico/Dynamica seats high quality material? Are people having problems with seats of that material?
Also, my dog rides in the car quite often. Do you guys think these would be less durable than the AMG napa leather ones? We usually have a towel across the back bench where he sits but sometimes he moves the towel.

MB-Tex/DINAMICA vs. Leather... I can't speak to the bleeding problem (as I haven't seen/heard of that). but I would think that the MB-Tex/DINAMICA would be the better/safer choice. I know that the nappa leather would be the most susceptible to tearing (and it doesn't come in the black/red combo anyway). Not sure about the non-nappa leather, but I would think that the MB-Tex/DINAMICA would be more durable than the leather.
