Has anyone managed to find aftermarket wheels in size 19 inch for this? I posted this several times without a response yet. Even tire rack doesn't have a wheel that will fit.
Yea I got some HRE on order 19 by 9 front and 19 by 9.5 rear

While I don't have my C450 yet, my dealership tried SL550 take-off wheels on an in-stock C450. The SL550 wheel compared favorably with the C450, having the same front rotor size and similar offsets. The 18" SL 550 wheels were 8.5" front with 35.5 offset. The rear wheels were 9.5" with 47 offset. The front wheel had 235/45 tire mounted, while the rear wheel just had the rim.
The news was not great. The front wheel cleared the rotor, but it was too wide and was hitting the suspension. The rear wheel fit a bit better, but they indicated the wheel was very close to hitting the suspension. The dealership was surprised the C450 couldn't accommodate a wider rim. They are also not optimistic that any other oem wheels would fit since the closest in offset to the C450 would be the SL550 & CLS550.
I am hoping someone else will have a better experience, but at this point I am waiting until aftermarket fitments are known. Here are the photos the dealership took for me.

not on the car yet should get here on tuesday. Just wrote the first two sections of the review last night consisting of the documentation on removing the ECU and information about shipping it off. I have a dyno scheduled for next thursday so should have solid numbers and a completed review for friday. At least thats what I am hoping for. As of right now I am carless yet again as the ecu is currently on its way to OE.

Ecu's for tunes
Good afternoon everyone,
I am about to get into a bind in regards to tune reviews so I am reaching out to yall. My question is as of right now we have a few tester vehicles to flash these ecu flashes on however the number is finite. I am interested to see if some of yall would be interested in sending me your ecus to be flashed and allowing me time to review the tune. In return you would receive one of our ecus to use while yours is being reviewed and then would receive a free/discounted flash.
Im am still pondering on the idea vs. Buying some extra ecus but would like your feedback one way or the other.

According to multiple sources no dealership in the states have the ability to detect a ecu flash in house as the odb2 port blocks root access to the ecu somehow. For someone to determine if the ECU was indeed flashed the ECU itself would have to be sent to germany.
I may be slightly off base as i may have understood something wrong, however the general info should be right. Someone else on the thread can confirm or clarify.
I'm having a hard time believing OE Tuning's claims... According to the graph, they are getting 395 WHP compared to the baseline 285 WHP. So, based on the driveline loss estimated from the baseline number (285 divided by claimed flywheel HP of 362 = 0.787...meaning 21.2% drivetrain loss), the OE tune should yield around 497 crank hp (395 divided by 0.787).
Why is this so far off from other tunes that are claiming 30-40 crank hp...?
