A typical Lemon Law case requires 3 failed attempts to fix a warranty issue, and/or 30 cumulative business days out of service. Again, check your state's published law for the specifics.

LED's do not blow unless they experience over voltage. They have huge life. So either the LED's are incorrectly spec'ed or the regulator is not cutting charge reliably at approx 14.2 volts.

New York State lemon law is very difficult and I don't think these issues will ever quality for a lemon law. I'm dropping the car off on the 2nd for a 4th go ahead on the lights. My trackpad is also dead now which is probably when they replaced the computer under the passenger seat. I'm dealing with the service manager now so we will see how it goes. I'm willing to let them put me into a new car if they can keep my payment the same so I will offer that to them.
