Have any dealers provided any info on expected lease residual MF for the C450?

I imagine we probably won't have the information until cars are showing up on lots in September but this information will probably influence my decision on a C450 vs another F30.

Hi guys. I just finalized my 2016 C450 order with my dealer in fort washington benz in PA this afternoon. I was told I am the first pre-order in the east coast as I had placed my deposit and submitted my order in May. Pricing was just released a couple days ago and I went in to finalize my options and pricing on the vehicle which will be delivered to me a little before labor day or immediately after.

My build is polar white c450 $50800
-cranberry red leather interior $2380
-lighting package $800
-panorama roof $1480
-rearview camera $460
-18" amg five spoke w black inlays
-linden wood trim
Blind spot and rear lip spoiler are standard in 450.

I was able to get a $3000 discount off the bat. My price after $925 dealer charge is 53900. Also got them to throw in wheel locks and Mb all weather mats as freebies. Hope this information helps those who are interested in purchasing one. I cant wait for mine!!

C450 Options

Anyone know the pricing on the Burmester sound system?

Also, when I was interested in the C400, there was an interior package that included cooled seats, ambient lighting, and illuminated door sills. I don't see this package or individual options listed in v1.1 of the dealer ordering guide - anyone have info on that?

Very excited about this car. Thanks in advance for any info you can share!

Here are the prices that I got last week when I was at the dealer:

P02 Premium 2 Package $1,520
810 : Burmester® Surround Sound System

318 Interior Package: Leather Upholstery $2,880
877 : Ambient Lighting
401 : Heated and Ventilated Front Seats
U25 : MB Illuminated Door Sill Panels

318 was automatically added with the leather packages (251 - Black, 267 - Cranberry, and 268 Crystal Grey)

For me, it is all about the designo leather... here is the package that I am getting:

P63 designo Platinum White Performance Seat Package $6,400
P62 : designo Package
U25 : MB Illuminated Door Sill Panels
555 : AMG® Performance Seats **
873 : Heated Front Seats **
877 : Ambient Lighting

This is $4280 designo leather package and the $2500 AMG performance seats. (Yep, the performance seats are heated, but not ventilated).

Have they given you an approximate residual or money factor? I was at Fort Washington a few days ago and the sales person didn't seem to know much about the C450. I also want almost the exact combo you just ordered, mainly white with cranberry leather.

M-B is not wasting anytime on these builds if you were promised ~Labor Day. I was told September. I am still hoping that between now and the start of the build that options 298 Rear Side Airbag; 606 19" AMG Multispoke Wheel Black; and 996Pkg Surroundview Package are available. At least I was able to order 235 Parktronic w/ APS and 218 rearview camera in case this package is not available.

That is AWESOME news getting a $3,000 discount off MSRP. Plus I was excited that MSRP for the base car is $50,800. I was expecting a $2K higher price.

I was debating on leasing versus buying ... but if I can match your $3,000 discount off MSRP then I will definitely purchase the vehicle. I am also debating on having Brabus or Renntech do there magic and increasing the car to 400+ HP. No word from the tuners yet but it should take a year after the release to develop something.

Thanks for the info and good to know that M-B Ft Washington is a good place as well since I am from the Philly Metro Area.

I was quoted $1500 over invoice which should work out to about $3000 or so off of sticker price depending on options being ordered.

I'm looking at this as a lease as I would only hold the car for 3 years (long term I am interested in what Tesla has in store for 2017 for their III model).

Unfortunately lease terms on the C400 were nothing to get excited about and if Mercedes does not support the C450 any better than it might be out of the running for me personally.

They did not give me the residual or money factor. I am purchasing the vehicle, no planning to lease. I worked with Jonathan Aarons there or if you prefer, Michael the AMG specialist can also help you.

Yeah, def, they're good people there, even threw in the wheels locks and MB all weather mats as I requested as freebies =). I do want to tune it, but not before 50k miles, I want to use some of the warranty at least or wait till after warranty to do such mods. The car is nimble and beasty enough stock for me. I was debating for the C63 lightly optioned or the C450 but since I live in philly and travel to NY often, i figure the 4matic is key and that the c63 might kill me on a rainy/snowy day if i ever decide to drive it then lol

It looks like we think alike ... I was also considering the C63 but really did not want to go through the hassle of flipping all seasons tires for snow tires in the winter. I did that with an SLK 350 and it was not a lot of fun.

I have been using M-B Princeton for 10+ years and my sales rep is the easiest person to deal with but it is good to know about Ft Washington. I do not have any pricing yet, but I am optimistic that I will not be paying MSRP that I was originally thought. Now if they can get my other options I will be in business.

Keep in mind that this does not show some option prices that have now been finalized such as the cost of the interior package, cost of P2pkg for Burmeister audio, etc.

I expect a 1.2 order guide will be available soon as it appears that most (if not all) option prices have now been finalized and production will be starting in another 4-6 weeks.

Going tomorrow to place my order for a 2016 C450 with the following equipment:
Iridium silver
Black leather(251 no red stitching or red seatbelts)
Burl walnut trim
Hands Free access
Mutimedia package
Heated seats(I think included in the leather pkg)
At first my salesman said the manager wanted list price, but after telling I was a previous customer they agreed to 3% off list price. Not the greatest but not bad for a new desirable model.

Nice deal! I ended up paying more than that for C400 and without the freebies! A two month wait isn't bad either (from today). Hope you'll enjoy it!

Thanks for the details tmoney and congrats on the purchase, good to see hard numbers on the vehicle instead of all the guesstimates. Nice hustle on the pricing...

Tmoney, have you heard anything if your car was built already or the expected delivery date? I was going to check-in with my sales rep next week. I tried holding-off so I would not be a bigger PITA than I already have been with the order.

I am definitely anxious to get in the new vehicle.

Im not sure why your dealer wouldnt have the price yet. Base price of the c450 i know is 50800 before any addons.

My vehicle is schedule to go into production 8/31. Expected delivery date will be 2-3weeks after that so mid sept i should be getting mine.

Hopefully even later...as i have lost about 80k in the market as of late. Gives me some time to make some money back..lol

I hear yah on the DOW ... It will be fine ... too many speculators that jump with a slight down-turn or as Wall Street would say a "market correction". If they keep interest rates unchanged in September 2015 we will gain it all back and some.

I tried not bothering my sales rep since about a month ago I applied for a PNC loan to finance the vehicle (2.99% APR @72 months-I thought was pretty good) and he did not bother replying to me or the bank rep. They needed information on the car on official M-B letter-head. I assumed that pricing is not officially announced but he should have a least responded indicating this info instead of ignoring us.

I asked around Philly dealerships to see what the scoop was regarding when they might see a C450 in the showroom yesterday. Most said late September or early October. Keenan in Doylestown was the most helpful. They had a 2 cars built for stock expected to be complete on 9/1 and 9/25 respectively. Afterwards he mentioned it takes 14 days until it arrives. at the dealer

I jokingly asked him, does the car make a side trip to Affalterbach after it is built in Tuscaloosa? He mentioned that after production the vehicles go via rail to Baltimore (I think for inspection/testing). Afterwards they are placed on trucks and sent to the various dealerships. Bottom line, Keenan expects its first stock arrival ~9/15. Supposedly pre-orders move ahead of stock but we'll see.

I will email my rep late this week or early September to get the scoop. Supposedly pricing is based on dealer incentives at the beginning of the month. Hopefully they are great in September/October or I am a hell of a good negotiator. I plan on turning-in a leased vehicle-in very good condition with 9,000 miles under the allotted mileage. If I don't receive 5% discount I will see if if I can get freebies like free maintenance for 3-4 years and a better financing deal.

Seems reasonable pricing. Can't wait to drive one, though doubt I'll make the swap.

Just asked MB Canada and their answer has changed to :

The pricing for the C450 has not been officially announced as of yet. We are working to secure that info and the final release date in September. Stay tuned!

They had formerly said mid-August for pricing release...
