Question w205 C180 location of factory amp
Hi All

Please could someone help me by telling me where in the car the factory amp is? I have a full Rockford Fosgate system that i am installing in to the car, however i know you have to tap into the factory amp, i don't want to have to strip the whole car to find it. Any one able to help?

Which hifi do you have, basic or burmester? That will dictate head unit or separate amp.

I believe in the basic system that the amp is built into the head unit therefore removal of the centre console would be required as the unit is behind that.

Has anyone managed to find the stock amp in an Audio20 car?
