One is the Sedan price and the other is the Coupe price.

604 - 19" Twin 5-Spoke w/black accents $850

P03 - Premium 3 Package $5,100
521 - AMG Night Package $200
U78 AMG Performance Exhaust $1,250
401 - Heated and Ventilated Seats 1,030
DESTINATION & DELIVERY $925

Total $68,995

Most of these estimates are based the C300 order guide pricing, on last year from the C450, or prices of other models where there are new options (i.e. AMG Performance Exhaust). My biggest guess here is the cost of the P03 Package, where I am assuming the Sedan pricing to translate over with the removal of the P01 package (as it is included standard on Coupes).

TBH, I will probably remove the Heated and Ventilated Seats (and leave them with only the standard Heated seats, no ventilated) to bring the cost down a bit...will have to see how it would impact the monthly payment before I decide for sure. I'd add the HUD, but all indications are that would delay my build until late this year which isn't an option for me.

Based on the updated sedan DOG, it looks like you can only get the heated/vent seats with designo option, so that would drop your price down.

It still annoys me that you have to get p4 to get dynamic LED's.

Perhaps some of the confusion is in the shorthand. There is a C43 coupe and a C43 sedan but no C43

Does anyone have any info on when we will be able to order C43 sedans? Given the release dates in the DOG for the coupe and sedan, and since coupe orders were opened this week, I am guessing July.

I believe you can order them now, based on another member's info. Maybe talk to your dealer too if you havent already.

Ordering for Sedans opened a few weeks ago.

Source: my dealer was trying to order me a C43 Sedan before I corrected him and told him I wanted the Coupe.

He's getting a coupe, so no designo required (or available).

Dynamic LEDs in p4 annoys you but will raise average sales prices a bunch for MB. Smart people there.

I am pretty sure designo will be on the coupe (would make no sense to offer for sedan and not coupe). The sedan DOG was updated one day after the coupe DOG with designo options so I am sure once someone posts the updated coupe DOG it will have the same options and requirements.

Also to increased revenue, that really doesn't change the fact that it's still annoying.

Any updates would be greatly appreciated
I was told this week that the sedan won't be available until next year while ordering for the coupe is open now for a build in August with delivery 3 months later, so I ordered a fully optioned C43 coupe which has MSRP of A$120k.

So..from what you state the C43 Coupe DOG is out there...somewhere. Would be great if someone can post it when they can. Much appreciated.

With this being an "official" AMG car now... will the 43s carry the standard rate? If so, the lease programs are going to suck

C450
I leased a C450 in the middle of April. Took it to the dealer a couple weeks back and inquired about the C43, since I've been reading and hearing a bunch of things about it, and wanted to know if I made a mistake lol.

He told me the C43 is going to be the same thing as my C450 now, just rebadged and considered a "full blown AMG," ***and that I should bring in the C450 as soon as the C43's come in and he will rebadge it for me.***

My friend also has a C450 leased and so I called him around that time to check with his dealer as well, and his dealer advised him to do the same. Just bring the car back and it will be rebadged.

I immediately asked him if the exhausts will be different bc it is an "AMG" and he said no. It will keep the same exhausts. I made it clear that I didn't want to rebadge it if it will be a different looking car, that will make me look foolish. So I do not believe that it will get the AMG brakes, based on what I was told and should run around the same price in terms of leasing as the C450. "It is a C450 rebadged," guess I'll find out for myself eventually! (Sorry for triple edits, I removed the exhaust part bc I thought it was answered a few pages ago, but appears to still be speculation)

The F/R bias is up to 31/69 and it's getting a new 9 speed transmission.

There is an optional performance exhaust option.

Other than that? Not much to note on changes. It's pretty standard fare for changes between model years. The transmission is the only thing you should fret about and only if you have issues with the current one.

Both the C43 Coupe and C43 sedan will almost certainly have standard lease rates for at least the first few months, just as the C450 did. Therefore, sucky lease payments.

Great, thanks for the input. Looks like I'll just rebadge it as intended, seems like the exterior will be the same as I was initially told anyways.

Exhaust on the C450 sounds great as is - love the crackles (or "gunshots") when you hit the 4, 5, 6 on the RPM scale. Guess I just missed out on this new performance exhaust of the C43… ahhh!

I have driven my C450 (fully loaded minus the AMG seats, AMG steering wheel, night package) for quite a bit and have only found 2 flaws with it.

1) The downshifts can be awkward when you're slowing down at low speeds (~20mph?), typically going from gear 2 to 1 in the city. It feels like it's pulling you back then pushing you forward quickly, very odd sometimes. My service department advised me that this experience is normal for "AMG" (or "AMG-like") cars, and they explained it but I wasn't too interested to listen after hearing it was normal, lol. They said a client moved up to a C63s and was experiencing the same thing and kept bringing the car back insisting there was a mechanical issue with it.

2) The cpu screen glitches SOMETIMES when you visit the "Vehicle" screen where you can check engine data and things like that. You'll basically see the original main screen with the options on the top and bottom, and overlapping the top will be options for the "Vehicle" screen that you just opened. You have to exit out and come back to really be able to navigate, or you can try and read the overlapped words. Not a big deal, though.

Other than that, it drives great at all speeds and is very responsive. I really love it! Wouldn't change a thing!

Rebadging a C450 is laughable, but I don't want to open that bag of worms here.

Definitely a note worthy addition. A note worthy stride for mankind, in general.
