Black front grill for 2015 C300 (w205)
Hi Guys,
Where can I buy the front grill in black for my 2015 c300? I am talking about the main grill where the star is located. Would I need to take the entire bumper off if I decided to replace it or paint it black?

I dipped mine, until I buy a single bar grill. Spraying the glossifier over the last wet flat-black coat will give it a satin finish as they dry together. If you want it more glossy then start adding more coats of glossifier on top.

Also, do you have to take off the bumper to get access to it or does it come off easily?

Looks very nice and wrapping it is what I was thinking of doing...is it easy to wrap and what material did you use to wrap it and how long did it take? How much wrap is needed and where do you recommend buying it from? Again - same question - does the bumper need to be taken off or does the grill come off by itself without much hassle?

Why would you need to remove the bumper? Your just doing the front right? I actually did a little DIY on this. It was my first time wrapping anything. Did the rear chrome and the front ring and the Benz star. Ended up peeling off the star left the ring black. Looks just like paint and will never chip. Cost about 15 bucks shipped to your door for a 1 foot by 5 foot sheet of 3M gloss black.

I think I am going to order the vinyl first and then try my hand at it. I probably will order more anyway just coz I want to wrap the window trims also.
If you do happen to have a normal paced video of your wrap DIY's then surely share them as it will help me out quite a bit. I see that on the front grill at some point you are using an exacto knife...what was that for? How did you wrap the star man? It is so little surface area and how did you tuck it around at the back?
