Iv got my appt next week to diagnose the engine noise aka wrist pin. Once that's fixed I'm gonna be picking this up. Just wish they had the app available for iPhone

OE Tune has been in business for quite some time so I don't doubt their ability and knowledge. There should be a logical explanation to no changes in performance in my case. The dyno runs by other forum members show that there should be power gain. Many things could have gone wrong. After all, **** happens and all that matters is how things are handled.
That being said, would I recommend OE Tune to anyone? No...not right now. I'd advise to wait and see how the story ends.

might want to check with isringhausen here. I believe they are a dinan dealer , a forum sponsor as well and likely should be doing some of the Dinan units for our cars

Subscribing...dying to hear the feedback. Now am confused between the OE tune, BM, or Dinan
Not sure on OE because of the lower gains , but do like ease of install.
Dinan sounds like an easy install also with about the same gains as the rest??
Just got my first Mercedes, coming from a Mustang background for 30 years. We modded the crap out of many a Mustang. So excited to do something to this car. I must admit the car pulls pretty damn good (16 C300 Premium 2 glass roof). We just picked up a 17 Ford Fusion for my girl last week w a 2.0 Ecoboost. Seems like 2 totally different cars with 2.0L engines

Dinan gets my vote simply due to their reputation, pricing is really good with the Bluetooth and sounds like another forum member here had good success. Those guys have been around for 30+ years so Im sure they know what they're doing

Just got my ECU back from OE Tuning and I don't feel any difference to stock. i felt more power with AWE exhaust and downpipe going for DYNO later tonight will share my results.
maybe ECU needs more time to settle down :-/

That's too bad, you're not the 1st who seems to have had that result.
I was looking at OE also, but now leaning towards Auto talent or Dinan.
Let us know your dyno results please
Thanks!!

Well they are called OE TUNING..
And you seem to half original equipment tune there...
Will be be interesting to see OET's findings following an investigation..
It would reflect well on them to divulge exactly what they find on your ECU and their subsequent action with them covering your cost for re-dynoing....
Then sharing what they feel are the standard expected results reflected in the dyno...

I'd say get your damn $ back from that and go down to Dinan since you're in the Bay Area and see what they can offer you. I'm sure they would be happy to do a dinantronics sport on your car .

Now that the engine noise wrist pin issue is resolved on my car I'm gonna order up the dinan unit. Just wish they would hurry up and get the IOS app out considering iPhone is 50% of the market they are leaving a big part of customers out

So with OE having issues with not producing any power difference for a lot of $$, I think I am narrowed down to Dinan OR Auto Talent?
I just keep thinking that AutoTalent is more sophisticated because I am hoping they have an all around tune. Meaning Fuel and Spark tables are adjusted as well as many other variables?
BTW Auto Talent (Gowan) also recommended I replace the air filter with a BMC and he can tune accordingly.
Anyone else see gains with this?
Dinan sounds like all it does is simply increase boost pressure?
Does this sound right??
Thanks

They don't just "simply increase boost pressure boost pressure" watch the entire video on how they take tuning VERY seriously.:
Dinan tuning is so credible that they even have their own Wikipedia page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dinan_Cars They've been around for 35+ years.
Disclaimer: I do NOT work for Dinan, just a huge Dinan fan and googling pro.

Will Ng Thank you very much for the info and video. This is exactly the info I was looking for. Makes me feel confident that Dinan is the tune to go with. I am going to call them tomorrow with a few question, and most likely order.
Thanks Again!!
Thanks Again!!
Don't even think about replacing the aftermarket air filter with OEM. It will trigger your MAP sensor after a while. It's not going to improve "HP" and overall just a placebo affect ("Oh i feel like the car is more responsive/faster). Don't replace whats not broken.

just had email exchange with Rocco and he wanted to see PRE Tune Dyno which i don't have nor wanted to spend $100 twice. I just wanted to see results after exhaust and Tune.
Don't know where to go from here. should i move on or ask for money back.
