How bad is the damage done here? please take a look
Leaving the gas station like an i didn't realize I was still on the high sidewalk now the low one to exit, saw most of the part coming out but I pushed it back in. What do you guys think i should do? How bad is it? It's a leased car do you think they'll notice? How much will it be to get fixed? Please help me out guys.

Minor stuff on a lease (that I can live with) I leave alone. Either the turn-in inspection catches it, at which point I'll pay to get it fixed, or they don't. Same money either way.

It's not a huge job. You broke off a couple of retaining tabs from the diffuser ( the unpainted plastic part where the exhaust tips are)
The repair involves removing the rear bumper cover from the car, replacing the diffuser and reinstalling the bumper. The tabs are released from the underside of the bumper cover. I don't see any paint work.
Probably in the $500 to $800 range, depending on what MB gets for the diffuser. If it bothered me I'd get it done. On the other hand it's a lot of work and expense just because one or two plastic tabs broke off, where a few drops of superglue would re-attach that area.

What has happened to personal responsibility these days. If it's a lease, then it's not your property and you are not entitled to damage someone else's property without making good on it.

If MBFS had the choice of you gluing a piece of trim back on or making an insurance claim and having the car take the CARFAX hit, they'd prefer glue. Lease turn ins almost always go straight to auction and a CARFAX hit hurts value.

Seems like a rather vibration-prone part of the rig. If you try a cheap solution, I wouldn't be surprised if you start noticing a new annoying rattle or hum.
