Fuel fill problem

I have a newer 2017 C300 stock all the way around.
Having a hard time filling with fuel, regardless of which gas station I use.
Pump keeps shutting off soon after fill starts.
Even holding the handle does little good. I need to fill extremely slow so pump does not shut off.
Any suggestions? Remedies?

I had a vent in the filler line replaced by the dealer ... no more issues. It is a known problem and not hard to fix.

I had that problem early on (2015 C300). Dealer fixed it, but my interim solution was to rotate the pump handle close to sideways (maybe 80 degrees) as I filled. Helped most of the time.

It's an issue with the filler neck, happens to some of the new cars, different models. Requires tank replacement on most but isn't a big deal usually.

Used to happen a lot when I first got the car. I just wiggle the filler around until I feel a good snag then I start filling. It doesn’t trip after that until it’s full.

But it when the wifey fuels up, she puts 1/4 of a tank or less bec she complaints it keeps tripping. I know i know...

Il email my dealership about this issue.

My local Costco overhauled all the pumps. The pump now fills normally. I also make sure it is inserted all the way

Before i had to turn the handle 90 degrees.

The green handled pumps don’t work that good for me.. I stoped using them because the car ran funny after I would put gas in
