My Non-Sport Build (post yours too if you like)
Hopefully it helps my non-sport buyers decide on what or if they want to mod etc. I’ll post daily stuff I’ve done so far. It’s a 2016 C300 4Matic, has the stock Audio20 sound system, moon/sunroof, standard halogen headlights.

First mod Tints
I live in Canada so the rears can be pitch black but the fronts has to be able to see through, no actual set number per say but I chose 35% fronts and 5% rears. Cost $200CAN DIY probably $50.

Great thread, and good luck with the mods. Wheels and suspension are a great start, then go for the lighting options IMO.
Benzdude always finds some great mods (and some "interesting" ones ). Waiting for him to pop in to this thread...

Mod #3 HIDs
I’ve installed H7 6000k 55W HID CANBUS kit, no harness, or relays no error codes. To do this mod you’ll have to cut an inch hole in diameter into the dust cover. Also have to either 2 options cut the bulb bracket/holder or cut and re-solder the wires through the bracket/holder, I chose to cut the bracket so the wires can go through. Also this is when my car was stock height so I didn’t have to remove my wheels to get to the bulbs, just turn your wheels to access the fender liner. Easy DIY 2/10, paid $50 eBay.

Mod #5 BOV Spacer and #6 H&R lowering springs
BOV Spacer is real easy got it from Turbonetics. Price of Spacer was the same as shipping and duty cost lmao. $200 total. 15 mins 2/10 comes with tools. Sounds great, performance wise I gained Liters per 100km lol and loss MPG but not by much.
Winter came along and didn’t do any mods till spring, finally decided to just lower the car with H&R lowering springs. Reason being the area I live in isn’t ideal for slammed cars. Got a set from this forum used $200
Here’s a few photos
Just over 28 inches all around
Showing 26.5 inches with handbrake on took it off and just a bit over 26.2 inches
Fronts
rears

Currently using the ninte front bumper for my base model. Literally looked everywhere but can only find this one.
Only other option i found was from Brabus, but for the cost of such small piece was not worth it for me.

Stance looks significantly better - nice job.
Have you thought of going the OE route to upgrade the headlights to LED? There was a thread on here for the DIY / harness, and you may be able to source LHD donors overseas...
And a bit OT, but your car needs a wax because the water isn't beading

Mod #7 rear wing
Didn’t want to get a tiny thin spoiler you can barely notice but I didn’t want a giant wing spoiler either so this works for me. Also in carbon. Got this before getting the front lip lol

Mod #8-9-10 front lip and GTR grille, plate relocate
Used a sport version lip for my non sport package. To me it looks great, very different, just like the owner lol. It says to use the provided 3M double sided tape but it won’t line up obviously... so I used about 7-8 self tapping screws(hasn’t fallen off yet). Also replaced the grill, looks a lot better, new models are using this grill now too. And the plate relocate is used where the tow hook is.

the cosmetics you added look great sir Rouge-CLK! im definitely considering buying that same lip haha
thats interesting that you were able to mount it below the chrome trim in the front and still have it fit properly, looks good.
can you post a link to where you bought the front grille from? Thanks!

No squeaking, not low enough to rub, they’re great for what I wanted/needed. Was going to buy under $1000 shipped Godspeed coilovers if these failed me etc so far I’m happy but we all want to go lower but... realistically not a good idea. Still on stock struts, no leaks.
