48v issue problem

I am so sorry to hear about this OP, I hope the dealership takes care of you and get it fixed in no time.

That being said, OP's C 200 isn't available in the USA and therefore I am not sure if OP already had the vehicle for a couple of months now. OP, I guess you are the only one that can answer that question for us, do you mind please?

Also something you don't want to read when you're picking up the c300 today. I hope it's an isolated problem.
OP, let us know when you get more info.

The only way is to replace the battery by the dealer before delivery to the customer.
But there is warranty and so the customer is still good. He just has to deal with the hassle of visiting the dealer.

MB are incompetent when it comes to launching new technology. This is not a supplier or global health scare problem. This is a bellyflop by MB that has lasted three years across several models.
Do not buy any MB with a 48V system.

This time I was actually driving and the car essentially cut off and advised me to stop the engine immediately. Then I got a warning that the coolant was too hot.
