November Lease Rates & Purchase Questions
Did a phone call today and tried to do some research on the current lease rates. Not sure how accurate this is but trying to get as much information as possible. If anybody can confirm current and upcoming residual and money factor rates that would be appreciated.
Lease
November Rates
2012 CLS AMG - 36 Month/15k miles year - Residual 55%
2012 E63 AMG - 36 Month/15k miles year - Residual 55%
+2% for 12,000 Miles
Money Factor - Sucker rate at .0024, salesman gave the runaround that they were not motivated to lower the rate. I read on another thread from Vic, that .00195 is possible and .00185 with ACH. Any status on the MF?

Any thoughts on this, its supposed to end November 30th?
Any other promotions coming up?
How much from invoice is a good price?
Also can anybody recommend a good dealer & salesman that you know in Southern California?
Thanks!!

CLS63
24 months= 64%
36 months= 55%
E63
24 months= 60%
36 months= 57%
These are standard mileage terms (15k miles per year)
Add 2% for 12k miles, 3% for 10k miles, and 4% for 7500 miles
I find it interesting how MB sees the CLS worth more than the E at the end of 24 months but not 36.
Money factor thru 11/30/11 is .00195 for super tier applicants. Rates might drop for their December specials.

Remember the dealer uses a specific scoring factor (generally an Auto Model) under TransUnion so your 775 may differ depending on where you gathered your info.

That was the official sheet at the dealer that showed the residual and money factor on all the models. I happend to glance at it when they were working on my numbers.
The best deal I saw was on the S550, 24 month program, decent residual and better money factor.
I am not sure if the dealer will give this sheet out. If you are at the dealer, they should be able to show it to you.
When you get your car in January, the residual and money factor rates might be different.
