Thanks man - Toyo 888s. Love them and I can drive to the track with them on which is a huge bonus right now.
The guy who took it is amazing and thanks for your help off-line. Still figuring it all out and coming up with a plan.
Thanks man and yea....haha...it was 112 that day. Oil got up to 290 and the water temp gauge pinned...lol...never saw that before. I got about 2 good laps in at a time before I had to pull off. Ride home was fine like I never even tracked her...except when it started raining and I was in a caravan of high HP cars with semi-slicks on..
Going again on the 21st...should only be 90 that day and expect to run much better.

Holy crap, Freefall. I think Benz should think about contract you out to design their next failure test program. Very impressed with how your cls held up under those conditions. Really what more could anyone ask for?

LMAO. Just getting started as far as pushing her. A local Porsche shop asked me to use my car for a Tuning event for European Auto Magazine and I was all for it. So now we really get to dial in it for the track and will have a pro driver do timed laps for the article. Everything about the car will be tested and reviewed...nervous...lol

Streets of Willow. Was there again on Friday. We rented the track out to do some testing on the car. She did really, really good outside of the water temp so it looks like we are going to upgrade the radiator. They also had a skid pad...here are few cool shots.
