I paid $75 for mine from ebay and is worth it.
The install requires removal of the wheel, partial removal of the plastic wheel well liner and lots of screws. About an hour each side, unless you stop to clean and polish the rims while the wheels are off (highly recommended).

+1 no need to take out wheel
if it ends up getting loose, just pull the clips apart so that it spreads out further.
