LEDs in the mirror courtesy lights?

I have changed mine about 3 months ago.... really easy to do! You have to take mirror apart to get to them. I must say it looks really good tho with the LEDs in.

I printed a step by step off this website about 4 months ago. Do a search on taking apart side mirrors. As far as the LEDs I used they were square looking. let me see if i can find them and post a pic.

. Those are the same bulbs I used for my city lights so that shouldn't be a problem. I'll try searching for the thread on how to remove them. Roughly how long did it take to get them apart?

hey vick, if u order a set of those bulbs can u order me a set as well?
ive always wanted to change those puddle lights to LEDs.
if possible it might be better to find an led that also has a bulb facing straight down.
now we just have to find that thread on taking apart the mirrors.

Ok so I went to instructions.....intimidating for someone like me! I would REALLY like to do these. Anyone try this madness yet? What steps were necessary? Just want my bulbs bright!!!!!
