C32 purchase
. I came across what seems like a decent deal, a 2003 CPO c32 with 30k miles, all options, new tires and brakes, for 38k tax and title included in that price. The car was listed at a sale price of 40k. What do you all think? Still feels a little high but the dealer won't budge beyond that. Thank you for your input, it is much appreciated. I hope I can join the club soon!Cheers
I am in Laguna Niguel. Where is the car? Post a link

Yes, usually. I've seen CPO cars with drivetrain warranties extended out from 50K to 100K miles - but the price is always higher by at least $2K. If they can't get your money on the backside, they tack it on the front! I tried unsuccessfully to find a CPO C32 for under $30K when I bought mine.
I don't see anything on Ebay going for much more than my buy-out, so why should I buy it and how do dealers sell '03 CPO cars for over $35? I understand it's a year newer, but it is essentially the same car.
I've had fun with this car, but the market says "no buy" this time.

I think that may be a wise decision. I really love my car, but if I had it to do over again I think I would have stretched for a stock used C55, and saved pennies to get the Kleemann supercharger for it down the road. If you get out now, you won't be subjected to maintenance worries down the road for the '02 - and the glitches will be worse because it is a first-year car.

.......ouch!
