Good luck

Dude, for sure that Jesse didn't mess with the tranny software. You keep assumed thing that you do not know.
Here's another thing that you don't know but continue to give advices !!! You want AMGSC's car redline back to 6250? St###%%$P .......the C55 engine factory REDLINE is at 6500 RPM !!! Which mean that the fuel cut off is around 6600-6700 rpm and you want to set the rev limiter at 6250? How can that make sense? The older AMG engine like in our's redline is at 6000 RPM. It make sense to put the rev limiter to 6250 RPM on our engine but not on AMGSC's car. I just remember, on our AMG engine (older AMG engine), the factory fuel cut off is around 6200-6300 RPM. So by set the rev limiter at 6250 rpm is too low even with our engine.
Btw, where do you get the info that HPS system rev limiter at 6900 RPM? I only heard one kleemann car with rev limiter up to 6900 rpm but not HPS's car.

Are you sure you don't work HPS because you become very offened by anything that isn't super positive about HPS?
Will you be at the RoseBowl meet?

Mario,
Sorry man. I'm pissed off at this whole situation with HPS sc too and so i took it out on people that assumed thing that i know they didn't do. I was there most of all the tuning on other people car. So i know alot of suff that they do and don't. The tranny slipping is a weird thing too. My car have almost the same problem even before we even knew anything about Jesse and my car were only making around 330 rwhp. I'll explain later when i have time.

Now I'm really worried that ANY SC kit will void my factory warranty. In fact I even purchased an addtional 1yr/100K mile warranty for $3K!
I know about the Moss-Magnussun Act but dealers can always find a reason not to cover the repairs.
Are there any Kleeman or Renntech owners out there that had any rejected warrantly work because of the SC? I thought I heard somewhere that MB dealers will honor factory warranties with Kleemans blower.
I guess I'll call all the dealers in my 50 mile radius to find out also. If they do then it would be a huge advantage to Kleemann.
When I picked up the car tonight the repair order stated that "tests found codes for Mass Air Flow Sensor Faulty". Kelly Yang (My service advisor) told me over the phone this afternoon that there was "too much air" entering the engine thus causing car to downshift and transmission to be overloaded. Yet a local Kleemann tuner told me that the error codes he read indicated that the engine was running too rich on both banks 1 and 2.
The Penske MB service technician told me that Aftermarket engine mods will generally open up a can of worms unless the tuner is EXTREMELY skilled and knowledgeable with MERCEDES engine systems.
So my CHECK ENGINE light is still on but at least Penske was nice enough not to charge me for the diagnostic and loaner car for a day.
Something tells me that I should have just paid $15k more for a pre-blown 2006 E55 and just do MINOR tweeks which would not affect my warranty. I liked the lighter and more aerodynamic C style but in reflection this may have been a MISTAKE!!
I just found out that Dragon got an 2004 E55 K2! I know his C55K S7 had no problems though.

It's different than just runing simple mods when you slap a blower on there they can atribute a multitude of problems due to the much higher HP.
You might get lucky like you did today, but I sure wouldn't want to find out the opposite if your tranny, or engine blows a bolt....

This Friday at 6pm will mark the end of any more efforts on my car and this thread will either end next Friday when no more check engine lights come on and the car driving fine with power still within latest range OR it starts getting busy again but it won't be about my car anymore. I hope this doesn't get ugly.

here's my suggestion way back on page 4 of this thread...
"Get a refund, take all their crap out of your car, and get it inspected to see if any damage has been done to your car...expecially the motor. If there is damage and they refuse to compensate you for it...I would start thinking about talking with a lawyer."
now here's the thing, you willingly participated in dyno testing of your car, knowing that such testing was experimental and damage to your car was a possibility. most likely, you'd get a refund on the supercharger. call me skeptical, but i don't see HPS buying your car from you to make things right.

It's really amazing what people will put themselves through to see something through till the end. Same for the motor too. So here's the thing, you want out of your car now and after all the problems you have reported you think the dealers around here don't know about your car? Think again, I took my car to the dealer to get the cats replaced under warranty and they remembered my car from the forums (in a good way). Good luck offing the car. Your best bet now is to get some legal documents drafted that holds HPS liable for negligence.
For future refference, when you ask for advice on this board listen to what we say. From page 1 you had problems, now at page 12 your coming around to the conclusion that the kit really isn't right for the car. Hell I spent countless hours on the phone and at my shop educating you about this modification. Next time I will charge you for consultation fees j/k.
All in all I'm sorry to hear that it didn't work out for you as you had thought. You could always keep the car and just swap in the 211 S/C motor, atleast that way you can keep you license plates.
