Need Advice on Adding More Power to HPS SC

I have stock injectors on my car and fuel pump. I do have a Spilt Second Black box (Voltage Clamp). To make more power and make my car run safe, I had the HPS FMU removed and replaced with a Vortec Super FMI that is adjustable. In the very near future I will be adding copper plugs and a KB Boosta Pump. I have a few more things I would like to do but I'm starting to become lazy.
Please let me know when a good time for you will be. Maybe we can set something up.

Whatever the shortage is from the 414whp chart he sent me will be dealt with at that point. That's what he has agreed. Under no circumstances will I allow any further testing and R&D on my car.
I have 4 attorney's in the OC area that specialize in Consumer Fraud that are all chomping at the bit but I want to give HPS one last chance to rectify this situation before I proceed. I've even paid a retainer fee and specialist/expert fees just in case we need to act fast.
If HPS does the right thing then all will be forgotten and forgiven.

If I'm understanding you correctly, you're saying that your car has a $5000+ paperweight? A properly tuned car shouldn't have CEL or transmission problems.

It may be paperweight but I'll deal with that when I settle this once and for all at MechTech tomorrow morning because Adam does thinks Josh R sabotaged my dyno at HOP and the one from Superior Automotive (my secret dyno center) was run in 4th gear.
I will demand a file of this dyno and post the final results for everybody to see (good or bad).
I know that dyno's can be rigged downward (i.e. dragging the brakes, running it wrong gear, turning air conditioning on, etc...) but I heard it is difficult to rigg upwards when viewed instantly on the screen.
Does anybody know how Mechtech can manipulate the numbers to be higher right in front of my eyes? I already know that the correction factor needs to be SAE.

Your going backwards here you should've never agreed to this, It works both ways Adam@BBM accuses HOP for rigging low results continuously but all that turned up was Josh R. actually uncovered this whole thing and helped you out, If it wasn't for Josh R. You'd be riding around w/dangerouos Air/fuel ratios & BS dyno thinking you had 413 rwhp in reality we know that Dyno was created using photo chop skills in Adams Crock Pot!
They had to call Jesse on board to try and make all there promised gains across the board on every application using injecters, pulleys, ecu, ect.. And after all that they still fell substantialy short.
Give Adam@BBM an inch and he'll...... well we know the rest of that story
Why don't you take a long hard look at Linhs CL55 that has catastrophic failure, It's sitting bottomed out @ Mechtech w/rims touching the fender walls from sitting broken for 3+months due to HPS blower killing his engine.
Think about that for a while because you need to go to a fully independant dyno shop for a 100% true answer going back to Mechtech where this all started makes no sence at all

You are probably right but I did go to an independent shop but the guys at Superior Automotive in Anaheim had no clue about European cars. They did'nt even know how to put the car in dyno mode and I had to show them. Then they promptly ran the car in 4th gear which yielded HP numbers in the 350rwhp range but the tq was only in the 320 range. Adam has agreed that if the numbers fall short of the 414rwp he gave me he will settle the difference and I want to hear his final proposal. He knows I will never consent to anymore testing. If Mechtech's numbers are unusually higher than Josh R's then I will pay for one last dyno at a European tuner shop and if the numbers are lower then I will proceed with the lawsuit. I probably won't have much to gain monetarily because I plan on spending over $10-15K just to prove a point about potentially unethical business practices.
Adam@BBM is suposedly suing me I'd love to see him try---- I'd turn around and sue him back so fast for all the Malicious deviant slandorous crap he said about me at the Irvine meet last year, It'd criple his precious hps worse than my bad knee Adam joked about.
And yes Adam, I have saved all the private messages on the matter from other forum members who told me what you were saying last year.

Get rid of that kit and get a Kleeman kit. I wouldn't be surprised if your engine blows up in the future just like Linh's CL55 AMG engine. Then you'd be blacklisted by every MB dealer for the crazy (unsafe) mods on your car.

This **** has gone too far and you've probably lost warranty on the most important / expensive parts of your car.
After all of this, it's a little funny/sad that you're still dealing with HPS. You're constantly giving them "one more chance" when it's quite obvious (from fraudulent dyno graphs, R&Ding on your car, blown up motors, etc.) that they can't make this right. Take them to court, get your money back, and put on a system that works. You could have bought 2 Kleemann systems for the money you've spent already...

What car have they R&D'd this new Gen III on where they can pull these numbers? Or is yours going to be the mule again? Sorry to be the one to tell you but you're getting fed some grade A horse ****. I saw them with an Engineer from AEM working on their house CLK500 yesterday when I had the dyno done. I'm going to ask them to put everything in writing and also that my engine, tranny and entire car will be covered if anything goes wrong. Else it's no deal!
I just don't get how these latest dyno results are so much better than the dyno's done at HoP. Can two practically identical model dynojet mechines give such radically different results? I did not make a single change to the the car between the two separate dyno's.
