So about 2001/2002 I got a brand new C240 from a mercedes dealer.First I ordered some BBS RC lightwight but didnt like the perfomance of them so i sold them. A year later I ordered c32 rims directly from Germany (I longed for a c32 but didnt have any money at the time) and came about half a year later because of some delay. Summer of 2004 I saw a pastel green C32 for sale at the dealer for an incredible price of 45 grand with 50000 miles on it. But it wasnt in the best condition plus my wife said no. On top of that I planed a trip to boston 3 days later. So I pryed to god when I came bace Id be still there but...someone bought it. As the winter passed came 2005 and so did summer when tragedy struck. As I was working my cell phone rang and my wife told me she was in an accident. I drove to the scene as soon as I could with my crappy honda and leaped out of my car to see her and my daughter.Luckly she was okay with only minor scratches. I glanced at my car. In the passenger side door there was a crator sized dent and the front rim looked like it fell down the Grand Canyon. The other car was a doge ram 1500.The front of it was flat and the driver had a broken leg. I took my wife and daughter to the hospital to get them bandaged up and checked to make sure everything was fine. That was one of the worst things to ever happened to me but the car looked like itd be okay with some replaced panels and stuff. But no. They said it was totaled and insurance gave me 25 thousand back (including the rims). And also lent me some Chevy Malibu or what ever. I called the person who sold me my mercedes (I knew her sence she was born) and asked her what to do. She said to buy A C32. I looked at her as if she was crazy but she told me to buy a second hand car. I also asked my wife what to do. She didnt like the idea of buying a used car and so she said that we should get mabye a C230 sport. I liked the sport.It wasnt a bad car so I thought and told the mercedes dealer to find me a used C32.If I found one that was cheap enough I could convince my wife. But if I didnt find one I would have to just settel for a C230. My chances looked slim to none. My Insurance also took back the rental car (They gave us only 1 week) So we were also down to are Honda Civic. Then I got the call. A C32 just came in and It was used. Very nice and it had sun roof, black seats heated seats ect,ect. I drove down there to take a look. It was so clean it looked new. But all 4 rims had small dents and scratches everywhere. The previous owner was a rough driver but at a low price of 51 grand I couldent say no. It was final. I took it but asked them If they could fix the rims and stuff . They told me they would see what they could do and when I went to pick it up it looked like it was brand new. Beautiful. So Now sitting in my grage next to my Honda it rests where the c240 used to be.

Also told Mercedes about:
Sun shade didnt extend all the way up (ordered new one )
Suspension was making a wierd noise (bushings replaced)
Back of passender seat had a crack (got a new seat)
Hood had too many stone chips to count (repainted)
And rims were dented (replaced/polished)
All in MB style,for free!

Well thats my story sorry for the big pics and long story and also my licenses plate is BABYBENZ :p :p :p !!!!!!!! I am planing to lower it and put bbs LMs on it but I think Im a bit old for that :P

$51K for a C32? I think that's a bit high since you can get used C55 for about the same price +/- a few grand! But congrats!

I paid 53 for mine new (~10 miles on the clock), in October of 2003. It has every option except the lighting package.

Reread his post. He bought a USED C32 for $51K. Yours was NEW! Big difference!

u could get a barely used C55 for that amount w/ all the upgrades!!

C55 has been out for a year already.

and you haven't answered us where are you from exactly because we all know a 2004/2003 C32 doesn't cost $51k USD used.

His post says he got the used C32 in summer of 04. The C55 wasnt out by then. Maybe his C32 is a used 04 with low mileage. Plus a new C55 might have been out of his price range. It doesnt sound like THAT a bad deal to me.

$51k for a used C32?!! I hope you are talking about Canadian dollars or you got robbed. A buddy of mine just got a used low mileage '03 C32 for $30k.

I just paid $31,900 for a 2003 C32 with 39k miles on it - Starmarked - in the winter of 2005 (last month).

Methinks you got robbed.
