Has anyone done 300KMH?

The 996tt and the two RS4 in front of me hit 300Kph, but I got scared after hitting 260Kph, the car was still accelerating. Could this car hit 300kph?

Where'd you do all this? At the Tsing Ma Expressway? That kind of speed sounds dangerous for Hong Kong though

Thumbs up

The thing is limited to 255-260 Km/h, so unless you remove the limitation (easy thing to do) it will stop pulling at that speed, mine stop pulling exactly at 263 Km/h.

Without limitator top speed is about 290 Km/h

why would u get scared?
crashing at 160mph and 186mph is still almost certain death.

the car might hit 175mph

Is the speed limited by ECU? I have Powerchip already. 290kmh is when 5th gear hitting the redline?

all those high speed driving are damaging my front grill, front bumper, hood, fenders, radiator, windshield, head lens, fog lens, side mirror... I've already tried my best to keep 20 car length from those cars specially the R-compound tires.

That explains why you could go as fast as you did. The stock ECU limits top speed at 250km/h. With Powerchip ECU upgrade, the top speed is no longer governed.

Why would Kleeman/Powerchip set a speed limit at all? Perhaps it is just the rev limit.

It was extremely dangerous even I only hit ~210km/h at the No.3 Expressway. The C55 acceleration started to slow down after 176km/h and when I managed to reach 210km/h traffic in front was getting dense.
I must admit the engine brake of C55 is superb. :p
If Raywong tells me the best time , best place to test top speed, I will try 250km/h. And true, the highways have too much rubbish which had caused my frontend over 50 bits of body paint drops already.

you can easily go above 200km/h on any hiway between 1am to 5am. you just need to accelerate and brake harder. I am more than happy to show you.
