any C320 or C350 with supercharger?
i assume C320 with a supercharger would be like a C32 with manual tranny, however a C350 with the same configuration would be much better , possibly better than a C55.
Anyone tried this? C350 for 38000 then a superchager for 13000(kleemann), some suspensian and brake upgrades and you pay nearly 60k which is also equals to a brandnew C55. Probably much higher Hp and torque and a manual tranny. what do you guys think?
C320 stock 215hp pluss a supercharger you get 350hp
C350 stock 268hp with the same math around 400 hp

the Kleeman set up for the 3.2 is 330hp
the 3.5L does not have supercharger yet, but I believe its almost out or due to be out.
I agree, the 3.5L will get around 400hp, but remember the internals are not made to take boost. Also, the transmission does not like too much torque. If they make a kompressor, it will be a mild boost type. Maybe 4, 5 or 6 lbs of boost.
The current C350 7sp transmission is not be the AMG version that will be put on the E63. It will be similar, but probably lacking the programming and the additional strengh to take more torque.
I wrote about this a few months back. It would be a nice sleeper to do this. Plus you can get a manual transmission if you wanted. However it will take too much work and too much money to get it to par to AMG quality.
by the the way, the 3.2 C32 engine and the 3.2 C320 may share the block, but its internal components are not the same.
The 3.2 can take boost and additional boost will not be a problem. In stock form, the C32 produces close to 12lbs, with Ecu/pullies about 14 to 15lbs. That shows you that the engine is built like a TANK.
Its a good idea... but one that not many people will do.

Would it be possible to hook-up a supercharger psi output controller to the w203; adding psi beyond 15? I know guys with turbos have E-Manage and gagets like that.. but i've never heard of anyone with superchargers using them...? I could easily see the C32 putting >400rwhp with more than 15psi.

but, i do think it is possible to put out more than 15psi...i thought the factory rating was 14.7psi or 1BAR...so increasing this should yeild about 18 or 19psi...
does anyone have a boost gauge on the C32 yet? i was going to put one on, but i ended up selling it with the HUD unit from my old car...i am going to get another one, just haven't had the chance to yet...

Cars and boats!
my boost gauge reads 19psi peak but when weather dips below 50s, it reads 20psi peak.... observe...

No tuner makes a pulley that creates 21 psi of boost. 15-17 is more like it.
All tuners have the same sized pulley and no one quote figures that high.
MB quotes 1 bar but they dont really make that much boost in real life.
