Monoblock Aero II Wheels....on a C32? pschop inside

Ok, some might think I am crazy. But the fact of the matter is, I love the Monoblock Aero II Wheels. Always have. Yes I know they are old school, and I have a newer MB. But I just thought I would get some opinions. I did a quick photochop for your viewing pleasure. Car is getting lowered on TEINs this week as well. I am looking at a set of staggered 18x8 and 18x9.

Will these even fit the C32?

Thanks.

Noooooo! Don't do it. Yes, the wheels may look great... by themselves. The W203 design looks too bulbous with those wheels on it. Everything just looks fatter and heavier. MB put spoked wheels on for a reason, to hide the somewhat plump purportions of the C.

i think they look great.. even the ones with the small lip in the rear but the only thing is that they hide the BIG BRAKES

I am looking at a set on eBay. Any idea if these will fit the C32.

18"x8 FRONTS ET=31; 18"x9 REARS ET=35

Or will I need a spacer to clear the front brakes? Any help would be appreciated since I have no idea about wheel fitment. Thanks.

I might be, but thats ok. If I am, I would just sell them and get something else. I figure whats the harm in trying them out.

Now, the real question is...Will these fit the car?

It's your ride and if you've always been partial to the monoblocks, go for it.

i'm running those wheels in 17's as my winters. because of the BBK in the front, you will have to run a small spacer to clear the caliper. Other then that, they should work fine. Heres what my car looks like in winter mode.

i've never seen those wheels NOT suit a mercedes they were on...
they're a classic rim thats a million times better than the common, overdone brabus monoblock VI style or the amg double spoke 203/209 style... booooring....
they look nice on jwanee's car in 17", i think in 18 they would be sick

I loved those wheels as well. I would have them on a w202 C43 AMG anyday. I even had the 15" version on my w202 C280. But, I don't think they suit the w203.

there's this chick that I've seen quite a few times at Beverly Hills MB that has a C32 (debadged except for the v6 kompressor on the sides) with chrome monoblocks... it didn't look so hot...

Thanks for the pics jwanee84. I think they look great. Sending you a PM with some questions.

Sadly I missed out on an auction for a set of these today on eBay.

* Front are 18" x 8" with P245/40 - ZR18's ; Offset is ET31
* Rear are 18" x 9" with P275/35 - ZR18's ; Offset is ET35

Can anyone confirm if these will work for me? Will I need a spacer up front? Thanks.

Do you have 17 wheels on the w203 from the picture or 18?

You may not get a response from the original poster - this is thread is from 13 years ago... That being said, I'm not sure these came in 18 inch (at least not in a width/offset that would fit a W203). I'm going to hazard a guess that these were 17s.
