Anyone have rear deck rattle?

Any music at a fairly enjoyable level makes what seems to be the rear deck rattle.. right behind the rear headrests. Anyone have it? Solutions?

It's the sunshade. I have yet to address it in my car - but I believe that you need to put thin felt at each end of the sunshade. I'm probably not describing it well... at each end of the sunshade there are end caps that seat into the deck. I believe that this is where the rattle is. I would line the deck slot with something thin (felt, black cloth, etc) first and see if the rattle is gone, then make it permanent. Just be sure to not prevent the sunshade from fully retracting.

i have this noise too....when i put the sunshade up, it mitigates the noise, but it is still there. one of the speaker covers behind the headrests was loose so i "rigged it" and got rid of the noise.

Its definitely not the shade in my car. Its not there when I put it up, or even when I put my hand on it. Thanks though.

I initially thought it was the speak grill too, then it ended up being the sunshade. I guess it could be any number of things back there. When I thought it was the speaker grills, I wedged felt under the grill to take away any space that might be there. You could also try looking up at the deck from the trunk and seeing if you can feel for anything loose. Are the fold down seat rests fully locked in place? Let us know what you find.

check the looseness of those tab thingies behind the headrest, sometimes they need to be pushed down, cause they get loosened from the vibration from the speakers.

well, i havent had time to bring it in to the stealership to have them take a look at it yet, but i "ghetto rigged" it. i looked for a little crevice on the side of the speaker cover and wedged a little piece of plastic into the crevice. i know this sounds pretty sketchy, but the noise actually went away. its not even noticeable. the plastic piece has popped out once though.

..
It's not the sunshade.

I have the rattle and I know that it's not the sunshade because my car doesn't have a sunshade. lol

The dealer replaced the speaker mounts once which fixed the problem but now the rattle is back.

I think it comes from the first aid kit area--even though the kit isn't in there right now. Always hear it buzzing a little when there is any bass, just never dealt with it.
