i consider myself officially screwed by SLKFANS for a sprint booster!!
i bought a sprint booster almost 2 months ago havent recieved it, ive tried and tried to contact him. the only thing i recieved was ane-mail saying he was going to give me a tracking number that i never got.

i hate to say this, but this seems like a recurring trend with slkfans...usually 2-3 month delivery time. i have never seen anyone that did not get their sprintbooster, but many that say it took more than 2 months...

i agree that i should have just bought off ebay, but i figured id support a fellow member. i dont understand what takes so long, is he overseas? if he is he should just charge an extra $5 and send them air!! id think a sellers reputation would be worth something.

I ordered my first A version from SLKfan ages ago and received it within a week. I ordered my A2 version (the "amg" version) from some overseas guy on ebay and also received it within a week.

and sent it from directly when he was away, I kept in touch
with him via email.
From what I understand he buys in groups to help us save
money, but don't put that in stone.

Just checked my paypal receipt i paid him on the 7 June a little over 2 months ago and i also have received nadda!
Oh well what can we do ... but wait and hold thumbs ... good news is that if the guys are correct in saying the average time of late is 2-3 month waiting list then ours should be arriving any day now!

I also purchased through SLKfan, but after not receiving the Sprint Booster after three weeks, I filed a dispute with PayPal and got a full refund in 10 days. His replies to emails always promised tracking information the next day, but it never happened. I spent the extra $50 to get the product from partsexporter on ebay, and it arrived in 4 days as promised.

Well think i am going give this bloke 1 more month if nothing then i am gonna file a dispute as well ! Think it will be to late though to get money back, its been over 2 months already ?

It is the standard version for our car (I have to pull it out to check model number).

he claims he is having "issues" with his paypal account and is unable to perform any transactions, or words to that effect.... no doubt related to his
shoddy customer service and complaints filed against him. if it's true, it sounds to me like his account is frozen.
i know this because of an email he sent me a few days ago. i sent back a defective SB he promised me a refund on, but i still don't have the refund after 2 months of his receipt.
paypal has denied my claim because an undelivered refund does not meet their criteria for filing a complaint. my CC has a 120 day deadline for the same and i missed it by 6 days. at this point, not much i can do but wait to see whether he's a man of his word. one thing i do know is, his credibility around here is shot.
i hope you guys get your SBs or refunds.
