Your wish is my command..........Here's what I did to line them up on a W210, I took a business envelope and set it on the fender trim, that gave me level. I then lined up the end of the chrome strips on the emblem with the chrome strip on the fender trim...walla! Both are in the same place and even. You can probably get a better idea from the picture three threads up.

Woh guys I just to back to reading this thread. Again, I am sorry they got out late I should have had someone pack them for me from start to finish. I'm glad everyone is happy with the turn out. I was VERY happy with how everything came out. I found the best placement for mine to be on the center of the fender. As soon as I grab some free time I'm going to try to make an install thread.

I agree. The C55 is identical to the CLK's from the fender forward so if you want OEM placement just get some photo's of a CLK63 and match it up or even better measure the placement of the badges on a CLK63. If anyone is able to do this post the measurements on here.

Maybe the CLK is not bigger, they just put the badge higher up on the fender.
I have spent a bit of time trying to find the right picture. I think someone with a CLK should go measure it and post the coordinates relative to the fender.

I PMed him about this issue and here's his reply-
Canda ones went out after the US because there was a problem with declaring them but it was for sure sent already. I didn't want anyone to have to pay a fee so I reprinted the labels declaring them as "gift" instead. I will call and check to see if that's the right tracking number but it should be. Sometimes that tracking info doesn't change until it's delivered.
