Pretty intrested in this ECU tuning.

SO.....is it possible for them to custom tune the ECU if I have a pulley kit but they don't have my car? That doesn't sound right. I would think they would need to put my car on a dyno to tune it with the pulley kit...

These guys have been advertising on ebay for a long time and they change their price depending on the day. I have an email at home from them quoting their tune for $250, shipped. They said for an additional $50 ($300 total) I could get lifetime tunes, ie match pulley, or any future upgrades. They also can do custom tunes...supposedly. I was also told they can remove the governor.

In the end, even at the great price quoted I just had a bad feeling about them and didn't go through with it. As mentioned though, I saved the payment request from these guys through paypal for $250 just in case I changed my mind down the road.
Don't pay these guys anymore than $300 if you go through with it though!

im planning to do the same. im just waiting on the dyno shop to fix their computer...so ill dyno my car wid only filters and exhaust....
and i will install pulley and mail my ecu to them and do another dyno.
or maybe if we gather enough intrest we can get a group price...

Planning a group buy on another site is what got the price down to $250 after MUCH hassle and debate. The guy would give each seller a different price. Some he tried doubling the price even! After talking with him though, everyone should be able to get this for that price. If need be I can post the payment request he sent me for that exact amount. No reason to offer me that price and not everyone else....

I'm anxiously watching this as well. If all goes as planned/advertised, some of the big chip tuners might be rethinking their prices. If you have dynos with good results to back it and have the same gains as with the big tuners, get it at a fraction of the price along with a money back guarantee....that's a no brainer. My fingers are crossed.

my local dyno shop still has issues wid their dyno jet...im waiting for them to be up n running...
i will post when i get my stock dyno and send my ecu over..
