Ok I bougth all this stuff from Ebay.


I got the paint and stuff to color my engine covers at Walmart...

great looking additions!

what exactly is done to your side mirrors, particularly in the 2nd picture from the left on your second post

love the paint job on the engine cover too! im thinking about painting it all black and painting the AMG parts red

On post #2 next to engine picture shows the before and after with the clear LED turn signal installed. I will have a shop paint the AMG symbol red soon!

pretty nice, except the fogs lights are for the non-AMG bumpers. notice how the old ones were oval?

look good grate work...
i like the red painted air box....
Question did u have any problems with ur SL55 splitter rubbing against the back mettle clip? i have seen some of them tare open after some time due to the constant rubbing against the rear mettle clip. ?? do u know anything about that? have u ever looked into it?

Yeah, style mods are VERY individual, IMO. I think the clear projector fogs (w/ bright yellow or xenon white/blue) would look great if they were the proper oval shape, and I wouldn't do the chrome rings/trim thing either; too "bling-bling" for my taste.

Gotta love the time, effort, and attention to detail though - good stuff!

Yes I know but I didn't care due to the price.....but after first wash condensation got in and one side looks a little hazy anyone knows how to fix that?
