Thats INSANE for .1 liters, or a simple .030 overbore. Oh well, it would be nice to have money to throw away.

I still don't think 100 hp increase is possible with these mods. In my experience, Kleemann's numbers have been a bit more agressive than other tuners

You forget about the bump in displacement. That should be good for about 30-40hp. ECU and airbox 20. Headers 30. Cams give what 20? Plus it has downpipes and pulleys. So it's right about there I think. Just a different way to go about it. Sh*t if they were pulling it and did that I am surprised they didn't do any head work. A nice port and polish with 3 angle would free up 30 or so to boot. What a waste that they didn't do that since it was out.

If I went to the trouble to do this, I'd damn sure know what my original displacement was!

Is it me or does the above statement sound/smell like

On the other hand, if he purchased a brand new engine just to bore it by 0.1 or 0.2 liters, more power to him!
If I went to the trouble to do this, I'd damn sure know what my original displacement was!

punch the ***** out of my car for the past 2.5 years logging almost 50k, the
engine is now a 5.6L instead of a 5.5L"

300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.
Since
it is only worth about mid 30's tops you could find a better one and mod it and stroke it and really have a nice unabused car.
