Our Mirrors can't be folded rite?
I shipped my car to KOrea and parking spaces are veryyy tite...
From few mins of searching, i found out that our mirrors can't be folded manually.
So, what do I need to do to? Can MB dealer program my car to fold mirror? or Do I have to replace my mirror w European / asian version??

You need to replace the light switch assy to the euro model with the folding mirror feature (two buttons on top).
Also, you need both folding mirror frames. I'm sure your car has auto dimming and memory features so keep that in mind. Installation is very simple but it will cost you about $800-$900.

I hear ya about the tight parking spots here in Korea.
Folding mirror retrofit is rather steep.
What you might want to do is look around for some wrecked W203's for the parts and order a new set of buttons and trim from Steve.
The local price for the folding mirror parts are 840,000KrW...not a cheap project to do I'm afraid.

yeaaa mann~~ I'm in KOrea right now.. Wanted to sell my car in the states but people didn't want to pay my asking price..sooo.. I jst took the car with me
I be back in the states next year or so to start my grad school~ (NIU)~
