OJwerks is doing this conversion to his slk right now... Just needs to get an intercooler, but hes got everything else + custom pulley to keep it under 7psi... Im sure there are people out there who would want to do this lil trade cuz its cheaper than kleemann's setup for the NA guys. That + im sure LET could make a pulley to do keep it under 7psi also ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Looks really interesting.
Good choice on the TD05-16g. Cost effective and pretty well matched to what you're doing. I assume you're shooting for well over 500whp?
I know very little about the 203, I've only helped a friend with his a few times, so please excuse me if this is a dumb question...
How well will the drivetrain hold up to this sort of power? Are there any other examples of c32s with this sort of power and if so, do they have any problems the the differential or tranny?
Also, are there any aftermarket aggressive clutch pack differentials or straight spools for these cars?

The C32 and the E55 share the same tranny. Some E55's are putting down 500+ whp, so we should be OK.
An LSD will help, but since this hasn't been done before, we are going to take it nice and slow.

2000 CLK 3.2
If my CLK320 manifold works for you C32 guys to do your TT thing let me know and I'll do the C32 SC swap with the low boost pulley.

This project is getting better every day!!!
I would definitely consider this mod on my C320 once I see numbers and reliability.
Please post pics of installed turbos when you get that set-up!!!
BTW, I heard from a tech at MB that the 5 speed tranny's are rock solid and can handle up to 600-700hp. That was a reason the SLR uses the same 5 speed tranny.

Edit: Never mind, I just realized that running that much boost would require a different MAP sensor and different fuel maps etc. It could be done though. Stage 2 and beyond

I'm curious to see how much boost these engines can take. With all the good forged internals I wonder how 25-30#s (with race gas of course) would work out? I can't wait to see the finished product!!!

+1, Completely agree. Have one of your high quality crank pullies fabbed in whatever smaller size would be needed (e.g. 125mm maybe) to make the 6-7 lbs of boost, and sell the AMG manifold, S/C, custom pulley, and ECU tune as a package to C320 guys who want S/C power but don't want to pay Kleemann prices...

Moving right along with the project guys.
I bet we drop a few jaws when you see the next round of pictures... Ericks car has to be 200 lbs lighter.
