For one, a supercharger is belt driven (mostly via the crank). Second, that 'device' looks like my GF's hairdryer

There ain't much different between THIS and that electric supercharger!

It would essentially be the equivalent of hooking up your yard/leaf blower to your car. In theory it might help a low horsepower vehicle but as an overall product it's somewhat of a joke, and certainly does not meet the standards worthy of any mid to high-end vehicle, especially a Benz. This is the sort of product you'd see a teenager put on his Honda Civic because it might actually double their horsepower.
I think I can safely say you would see NO gain on your supercharged application and you certainly would not want to catch all the grief and razzing from your peers for using such a device. If you want more boost, then change your pulley setup and/or buy a higher displacement blower. Keep in mind this little device cannot overcome the air charge/pressure that your blower is already contributing to your engine.
Never hurts to ask, but I think most everyone will agree this is not the route you want to go. Hope this helps...
