same.. here

I really would like this mod for my E55

but my ASP pulley is actually running smooth..except need to do the ECU some time soon.

If this mod (smaller komp pulley) would yield HP and TQ for the E55 with ECU... compared to the ASP that only really yields TQ and no HP unless you have the ECU flash.. than it would be a great solution.

I'm beginning to believe the ASP pulley on the E55 is too big and needs tuning..

smaller tuning and less boost the ECU should be able to adapt.

no... unless you have the wrong belt type.

All kompressor engines slip to a degree.. of course adding a bigger pulley add to the slipping... but its hardly noticeable unless you have worn belt.

Interesting, so yeah Brandon could have a big market for E55 supercharger pullies, considering 7937 E55's were sold vs. about 2697 C32's and ~2000 SLK32's are sold. Plus factor in the 3000+ SL55's into that mix as well.

The smaller SC Pulley really does work! Vadim just installed a 65mm custom Kleemann pulley and it made 12lbs of boost! The stock Kleemann pulley only made 5.5lbs of boost while making 440rwhp.

The only problem is I would need racing fuel to sustain 12lbs of boost so I'm having another 70mm pulley fabricated so I can yield 8-9lbs of boost which is just right. There was no belt slippage at all.

My point of this post is that a smaller SC pulley works even on an aftermarket SC kit.

Are their any W210 Kleemannized owners interested in this pulley? I will sell it for $300 with free shipping.

Not being quiet, just waiting for the pulleys to be finished up. Last update I got was yesterday, and everything was on track to get them back Friday. We have new packing material standing by

As far as the E55s, already two steps ahead of you We will be posting more information very soon in the E55 forum.

Intake mod is being produced by the company doing our new phenolic spacers (available in a few days, new post coming). As soon as they finish up the first run of spacers, they will start the run of intake pieces. That means they will be back by the end of next week. I will start a new post specifically for the intake mod tomorrow, with model pictures, dynos, and datalogging.

+1. Sometimes its better to under promise and over deliver rather than promise and undeliver.

i agree as well and dont think that its brandon but the manufacturer that keeps telling him on monday that they will be ready on friday, and then friday that theyll be done on monday, week after week after week... wich sucks for brandon because i think alot of people are losing interest, after the 3rd time i called to see if they were out yet, i finally gave up figured itll be a nice surprise waiting on my doorstep when i get home from work one if these days. i just hope the intake wont be TOOOOOO long after the pulley.

Maybe it's age, but you need to be patient. Not only will I wait for the pulley, but I'll wait a few months more while the rest of you test it for me.

Try to dyno before and after..if you could dyno with intake first then with S/C pulley...I presume you are gonna put it on with your Evo pulley kit?

Missing my point. I totally concur with your wait and see logic but in the world of sales when you tell your potential customers something you should follow through with it (ie. I'll have the quote on your desk by the end of business today). When it's not there it reflects on the individual and or organization. Just my .02.

Well, we all know we're not dealing with Kleeman here. It's a guy with very limited resources taking his first shot at the retail world.

That's my point. Give the guy a break. He doesn't have a marketing department or an engineering department. It'll be done when it's done.

i agree. If you have limited resources, it forces you to be innovative. If you look at the greatest inventions within the last 100yrs, the story usually starts with a middle class guy working in his shed.
