Great run! Were you able to heatup the tires prior...I seen the cideo it sounded like very little wheelspin...you are Drag tires away from 12s

On one run I almost hit the wall it was very slick so after that i just would dodge the water ( I was doing that all night) and come to a stop and then slam on the gas to heat the tires up. I lost one race to a blown crossfire that pulled 12.6's and after that I beat SRT-4 neon's, Trans-Am's, mustangs, and Chargers, a new GTO. and a nice AMC Mad-max car think it was an AMX or something. One guy in the Neon said he didn't want to race me because I would make him look bad.

I have spanked 4 SRT-4's on the street. They just can't believe they got beat by a Benz. One guy kept wanting to race again and again, So the last time I stayed in it until I was about 15 car-lengths ahead. I should keep track of all the cars I have beat. I have had my a$$ handed to me as well. One was an older Saleen that made a fool out of me and a newer Cobra that sounded really good. I have a set of Renntech pulleys that are going on soon and ordered a FMIC from LET. Probably do the intake mode from Code 3 as soon as it comes out as well. Are you planning any mods??

I do plan on doing some mods. once i get my other toys payed off I'm going to get headers and ECU for sure. Then maybe lower pulley and air box, I want the Kleemann SC but that looks like it might be a long shot. right now if i go back to the drags its all about getting the weight down in ther car. so I'm thinking some light weight wheels, new battery and a diet.

I hear you on the wheels! Seems like Enkei are pretty light and inexpensive. I just want a couple to slap on the back when I go to the track. I have some heavy 19's on and I can feel the difference.

I was on there website is the they have pulleys for 55 komps. but he one i seen that i though was for the C55 NA V8 was only $300 some odd dollars? some people say its a P.O.S and would never put it on there car. but they have one for the c32. i will have to call then to see what app i would need. going to do some research on evotech pulleys too.

funny story at the drags. when i was getting tech inspection i popped the hood and the guy like "Wow! they fit that motor in this car?" He then said "I've seen Mercedes with big motors but not in this little car."

You got to work with what you got no major disrepect to those guys cars there is always some one faster. I had a neon in collage and i vowed to never own one again. FWD with lots of HP is a tricky mix. lots of torque steer Ive seen some very fast FWD cars out there. I would love to take that race (On the strip) once i get a few mods done even if i lose its all good.

Do not feel bad , that flippin Crossfire beat my 63 LOL.

That track is slippery at night, my car spun on the turn off a smooth 1080..

Guy that drives the Crossfire is there alot and a very good driver , losing to this guy is nothing to be concerned about.

Heres me vs the Crossfire..

Good runs man!

Excellent run! You've obviously got a solid C55. I was very disappointed with my initial results of 13.47 @ 104.2. Yours is much more in line with what I would've expected. Actually, your mph is above what I'd expect.
What were the temps, humidity, and barometric pressure readings at the track?

Congrats! You've got a good foundation to build from.

Didn't check the weather but I new it would be a good night to race It was around 77 degrees out and dry typical Arizona night I wanted to run some more races but i felt like i was beating on my brakes trying to stop
