HELP! my belt snapped
I installed the non-dampaned pulley kit from evosport. After driving a little bit, the night ended with my belt snapped, i wast able to drive my car home, left it at a friends parking lot.
my car has around 46,XXX miles, is this suppose to happen?
what am i suppose to do?
where can i find replacement belt? I need it ASAP.....
what am i suppose to look for? i dont know what caused it to snap, but i saw some cut or tear im not sure if its caused by the pulley...
Help please.!
Thank you all!

I'm not in any way questioning your wrenching capabilities, but before you put another belt on, I would definitely inspect the installed overdrive crank pulley and underdrive accessory pulleys for A) any damage to grooves, and B) their installation - make sure they are rotating correctly with no wobble.
Was this pulley kit used? Did you get the crank pulley checked for balancing?

Dealers have the belts in stock. Go buy one, should be around $75. Reinstall it and make sure the belt is moving without any problems. Ask someone to rev the car while you look at the engine as well. Then you take your spirit for a drive.
So aftermarket belt? or OEM belt?
thanks!
