Now I see why I need the sprintbooster......
I took it easy at first but couldn't resist pushing the pedal. The car took off like crazy. The only downside is I wish the pedal was linear with power delivery and see that's where the sprintbooster can come in handy.

I took mine of recently because I was having throttle issues,
this was after it being on the car for nearly 2 years and my having gotten so used to it that I didn't really notice the difference it made.
after I took it of, the car felt like a slug but I made a point of keeping it off till I got everything fixed and my LET pulley installed, then after a couple of days getting used to the car again
I put it back on and went for spin, as soon as I set off I was like
and had to readjust my driving technique yet again.I would suggest periodically removing it for a short time just to so you can appreciate how much more fun the car is with it fitted

also.. your MPG will drop about 1 or 2 miles across the board...
Believe it or not.. just adding the C3P filter and no pulley will help with throttle response and will not be as aggressive as a Sprint Booster..
However Sprintbooster does have 2 models.. regular and AMG.
regular means.. its more aggressive.
AMG means.. less aggressive.
in my case... I had a regular for about 1 year with Evosport pullies. Back then.. the AMG was not sold yet.
I can only relate to the regular sprint booster.
If you are going to spend $299 on a gadget.. with no performance gain..
probably best to spend on the air filter and increase boost and response and gain power.

BDD451A2 is the correct model for our autos.

See yeah
Others have stated (smart folks on here, who tend to know what they're talking about) that the Sprintbooster simply amplifies the throttle pedal signal 1.3x - so it's still linear, but you reach max throttle with about 30% of the physical pedal travel remaining.

Maybe at the track removing may result in better times due to less aggressive wheel spin...I will try to find out July 19th.
See yeah

The one thing I have noticed is Road Racer and autocrosser do not like the Sprint booster. I would imagine it's because you have to get used to two different types of pedal feel. The sprint booster is really noticeable from a stop, but while your foot is already on the gas and you're just giving moe, not so much. For drag racing and spirited driving it is much appreciated. For the other types of racing I can see where it would be of a nuisance then anything.

I just press the gas pedal 1.3X faster for the same result.
