Got Carbon? [Updated Pics]
Special thanks goes to my good friend Erick and the rest of the LET team (Jerry & company), Sunil at Motorwerks and everyone else that has offered their input throughout the last 3 years owning this beast. Enjoy!

How long have you had the intake overlayed in CF? My overlay on the airboxes is starting to show signs of heat damage. Looks okay still, but the resin is boiling off/curing from the engine heat, so the surface is not as smooth as when it was new. You might want to put some heat barrier under the airboxes to make the overlay stay looking new. I wish I had done that when I first had it overlayed. I'll probably need to add some clear resin to the top of the airboxes and wet sand/clear coat later.

I had for the covers for a while but I just installed them last week... I had the 55 full setup and I wanted to give the C3P intake a try so I switch it back... next in line is the LET intake for sure. I have to figure out a way to maintain the stock CF look.
You are 100% correct... I was paying close attention to it this past weekend and I noticed some bubbles in the layers. We'll see if it gets worst.
I meant to PM you the other day. Did you sell your Quaife yet?

I still got the quaife LSD in the C32 differential. Got the bolt up type axles too. I got the diff and axles used and had them refurbished as new. The LSD is new too. Should be easy for someone to DIY install it with a little help. Still waiting for more interest in it, but I did get an offer for $2300 from someone a few weeks ago.
I've been trying to get it working on my car but couldn't and sadly had to switch back to the old diff+phantom grip. Anyways, I got it all in a box in my garage.
Interior Trim - bought from a forum member, have no clue where he got it
Door Pins - brand: Fabulous, through the local distributor
Cluster CF layer - got this from a banned forum member, he was not a sponsor. It's dry CF, I had to modify it a bit since it was based on the W211 cluster but I'm happy with it
MB CF Caps - ebay (got with a flashlight that no longer works)
License Plate Frame - dealer
Shift Knob - SL designo knob w/ CF overlay*
Rear Spoiler - OEM C55 w/ CF overlay*
Engine Covers - stock 32 setup w/ CF overlay*
*I gave all my parts to Erick (1FASTC32) and he took care of it. It took a while though. I don't know if he is going to advertise this service through LET but you should check into it.
Even my SS brake lines have the CF "look" which I have no idea what I was thinking when I bought them. Now, I would like to address that all this crap is for looks only and has not affect the car's performance

I want that Quaife but as you know I already have the C32 pumpkin and I don't need all those extra parts. Good stuff you have over there, hopefully you won't give up on it.
+1 on the CF overlay issue. actually any CF parts in engine bay will eventually get cooked and start to break down because majority of these CF parts are held together by resin and not the real high pressure high temp cooked CF parts.

Rest of the car looks simply amazing! Great job!
I've been thinking about painting the grill on top of the hood flat black but I don't know if that would be crossing the line.
