Got hold of this company(Upsolute) that state they can give my C32 an extra 15KW by chip tuning the car. Anybody dealed with them? Is it possible?

Is LET a Upsolute agent? Do they use the Upsolute Chip?

i had my old c280 chipped by upsolute and i was very satisfied with the results. no dyno results but i could tell immediately that the car was quicker. a 20hp boost on a 200hp car is noticeable, whereas the same gain on a 350hp car may not be as noticeable, but the bottom line is - from my experience, upsolute's claims are accurate. hope this helps.

oh btw. my gas mileage went from 29 to 31 hwy. this is observed gas mileage which happens to be greater than the claimed values on behalf of mercedes and upsolute.

I would go with Powerchipgroup or LET motorsports chip.

I would stick with LET on the tuning as they actually reporgram the ECU as oppossed to cracking the case and addiding an chip to it. This way they can get you back to stock quickly if needed, and the test results/dyno results are proven.

Unfortunately in South Africe there's not much guys that would touch a Mercedes vehicle, let alone chiptune it. Upsolute here in Johannesburg is one of three aftermarket shops in Johannesburg that can tune the C32. Just want to get an idea of the power increase if someone has dealt with Upsolute in the USA.

Sounds like you've already made your decision then!! Good Luck. I've heard of no one on this forum using them for C32 ECM tune.

I've seen Upsolute's work on TDIs - not bad gains on a turbodiesel.

This is the first time I've heard of them providing anything for Mercedes
