just a little project i've got goin on.
My OEM w203 C55 AMG rear bumper
Fresh sheet wax
Previous attempts on the fitment... mold on the left, failed attempt #120298826345 in the center, and defective diffuser on the right
Sheet wax in progress
Claying begins
(yes those are working hands)
Claying and Sheet waxing complete
The start of plaster fins
Plaster fins drying
The way I left it for the night

mold was laid up last night. i had a friend lay it up while i worked on another project. popped it out today and cleaned it up, its looking good gonna be lots of sanding involved but no filling. *should* be finished sanding tomorrow night after which the first part will be laid up the next. stay tuned! (will take pic's in a bit)
