I have to say having only been a member for a week how much i am enjoying this forum, having been a member of the Audi TT owners club for 2 1/2 years where everyone seems to enjoy being damn right rude to other peoples cars/mods its very refreshing to seepeople being curtious and polite.......Thanks to eveyone for the welcome

Glad to hear your response. I wonder, sometimes, if we are better or worse than other forums out there (this is my only real forum home).
I have found some incredibly great members here, including splinter, boohooramblers, C32used, FrankW, Hooleyboy, and the list go on. But, as with all groups, you will find some jerks. We tend to weed them out eventually. I look forward to adding your name to the list of upstanding members here.

^ sent me a great AMG t-shirt, just for guessing an ET correctly (speaking of friendly). 
+1 on the red TT coupe BTW, that one looks great - any noteworthy performance mods along the way? While not inexpensive, I've seen some amazing performance figures generated by them with the appropriate SW/HW upgrades. Welcome to the forum - don't be shy asking questions, as ScottW mentions there are great members here with a wealth of valuable information and a willingness to help.

Tnx guys, heres a few before mods had started to completion
APS Turbo remap
Milltek 100 cell sports cat
Milltek exhaust
BMC CDA induction
Defcon 2 suspension
R32 ARBs the list was endless approx 300bhp but the 4 wheel drive sucked a lot of the power
Looking forward to modding the C32, just a quiet start with some exterior mods 1st then onto the engine

That Hooleyboy fella I found to be a total jerk.
Yeah the C32/C55 section is prob the best section on mbworld in terms of friendliness. We dont poop where we eat. We all seem open to mod ideas that are a bit in left field. I also made a post like the OP when i first got on this section of mbworld.
You know, we all put are paints on one leg at a time... Except when our pants are on we drive W203 AMG's. (thats to be said in my best Christopher Walken voice)

Drove the wife nuts with the wheels......every 6 months id change them, even had some delivered to work, but she noticed lmao
seen some nice ones for the Merc, proberbly have a more extensive search to towards the end of the year, want to get the other bits sorted 1st

And Holleyboy has his own thread on his probation. (My theory is that his GF and the Mods engineered it so he can spend more time with her instead of MBworld?)

I was just messin' with you!
I'm getting married in 3 months, so I've begun devising techniques that mask my 'AMG-itis'.
Whenever I am working on my car, I always have her car right beside mine with the hood up and an oil bottle sitting on the engine cover.
I usually watch the back door and make a dash for her car when she comes outside.
Is that healthy?
