Any One Use a ScanGaugeII on their C32?

I just purchased a scangaugeII for my C32. Looks really nice. Tested it out on my buddy's camaro and it works great. tried plugging it in on my car and it won't connect. it says connecting for a long long time but never connects. any suggestions?

If anyone is running some kind of OBDII gauge on their 32AMG, what make or model do you have? and did you have any compatibility issues? Someone on the srt6 forum suggested that when they purchased a Nitrod gauge, there was a compatibility issue and the company simply added a couple extra pins on their OBDII connector and it worked.

I just noticed on the website that it says there are compatibility issues with "2002 300 series MB"....does that mean C32 as well? ....

someone on the srt6 forum said that they had a nitrod with compatibility issues and the company added a couple extra pins or something to match the OBDII pin layout on the car. how feasible/easy is this?

I have no problems at all with mine on a 2002 C230; clears codes, reads data, etc. all perfectly well.

When I ordered it, they did say that it was kind of hit or miss with Benzes.

Try resetting the device (if you can-use a non-obdII power source to remove the signal scan that it had from the camaro and your first test)-they are hit or miss-I went with a DashDaq from Drew Technologies-have had it in 3 cars and love it so far!

i bought it from a guy with a GL450 and it worked for him. plugged it into the camaro, no problems. plugged into mine, problems. their website says there are compatibility issues with 2002 300 series MBs, which i now realize includes a C32 i think.

DashDaqs are a little out of my price range for a gauge i think, but they are super cool.
