Standing Burnouts...
But I was wondering why my accelerator kicks off as soon as I step on the brakes.
I ask this not for doing standing burnouts but when I do trackdays I occassionally lightly use the brakes for trailbraking when settling the car at speed.
And I would also like to do a standing burnout.

For a stock C32, simply turn ESP off, and learn how to drive her like this

See yeah

PS: NO disrespect implied or intended. Just lots of track time my friend
Anyone make it to MAM, Road America, (I'd ask about Brainard-its my closest, but not well known)?
I have an event 3-5th of July-I'll try running my Pirelli's off different ways.....
So far, ESP off, Dyno mode "on", and S mode with the occasional button-
and driving like a retard when I can.

Yes, turning off the ESP does nothing really to the brake interfering with the 'throttle-by-wire". This is the first car that is fully electronic that I track. Last was a 1985 Carrera which was an FI but also cable actuated. And of course my vintage racing 60's cars.
As you said, I will learn to deal with it. I have no need to change out the rearend. And trackdays are minimal for the MB.
As for which tracks I run. I run with Checkered Flag Racing Association, www.CFRA.net
Thunderhill Raceway, Northern California www.thunderhill.com
Infineon Raceway, (Sears Point Raceway, Sonoma, Ca)
Laguna Seca/Mazda Raceway, Monterey, Calif.
