We did go from a dig as well and the results were terrible, it looked like I wasnt even trying. I really need to learn how to launch this car. Thanks for all the pre game advice!
Thank you, its was my friends first attempt at editing and I think he did an amazing job with this video. The car is lowered on H&R's with a couple coils cut.

yah, he had DRs.....not really a fair race for YOU imo. You were probably pulling a 2.1 - 2.2 at best whereas he can be pulling like 1.7 with those DRs.
I think the best way to launch the car is ESP off, rev it up to 1500 or so, and at least for me, quickly but with care accelerate. if i mash the throttle anywhere in first i lose traction. so i have to apply throttle at just the right amount through 1st gear for it to be worthwhile. practice some launches on an empty street and see what works for you

Jturkel - yeah post those vids on youtube when you get a chance. Although the kind of videos I would love to see are in car track ones, like I have been searching for C32 Nurburgring with a pro driver, but any C32 vid is great.

That is the same exact thing that happened when I raced a 6.0 GTO with my C32. It was a street light race up to 90ish and we went from a slow roll. It was even for a few seconds than I slowly started walking and got about 2 cars in the end and still pulling. My car was completely stock including filters. The GTO was a 6 speed. I dont know about mods on it though. Anyways, nice race record more videos.

yeah, hondas love turbos...thats why i always wondered why honda never turboed it from the factory. is he just going for drag? seems like there would be a lot of lag with a turbo that big.

if ur stock, i think a race between you and an LS1 GTO (5.7) will be good, with you probably pulling a little. I think an LS2 (6.0) will be a more even even, with the GTO possibly pulling a little bit.
i only make this based on aho's sedtup of a code3pulley and intake c32 making more power than the c55.
