I am with 55 intake, without all cats, 185mm pulley, LET tune, LET he, cm30 pump.
Thanks.

do not go with VRP...if you do, not only will you lose power, but i'll take you down (see my thread about getting screwed over). they are also mild steel
you want stainless steel if you want headers. go with the new style Eurocharged headers like Gramma_Benz suggested. we both have them

I got in on the GB for these new EC headers. Great addition for the money.

A) Vadim is a crook. see links

B) the headers i received from him (VRP headers) sucked....again see the links for pics. dyno on an srt6 lost about 6whp and picked up 4wtq IIRC.
C) they are mild steel
mild steel is not as durable and will not last as long as stainless steel. it is not unlikely for mild steel headers to to become brittle and start developing leaks/holes....i believe Loungn14 (Jake) can personally attest to this if i remember correctly, which is why Eurocharged uses stainless steel.
go with Eurocharged.
Mild Steel has Carbon when exposed to the elements begins to rust. Its only benefit is it is more malleable than Stainless and cheaper.
For instance you dont see people buying Mild Steel Appliances for their Kitchen?

To the OP - if you want shorty headers, go with Eurocharged. If you want a higher-performance solution, go with either Eurocharged's LT's or Kleemann's. EDIT: since you've already removed all the cats, I'd highly recommend an LT solution instead of a shorty header. Retaining stock emissions controls is a primary reason people go with shorties instead of LT's (decibels being another one)... but since that's not an issue for you, LT's will give you the most performance increase and "bang for your buck." My $0.02. Good luck!

If I was to do it all over again, I wouldn't go with any headers unless they were LTs. JMO.
I've seen it speculated that, since shorties maintain the factory-sized flanges on both ends, they don't allow for much (if any) incremental power... which would make sense unless the factory runners are a significant restriction.
Personally, haven't seen any evidence that shorties make power - e.g. dyno results (ideally same dyno, operator, similar weather, etc) or track results (ideally same or similar DA) with just a "shorty header for factory manifold" swap. Not saying they don't... but I haven't seen it. They definitely provide a more sporting exhaust sound, however.

You'll have a lot of fun. Good luck.
