Time to crank up the boost
Well, car runs nice at 6psi and makes a respectable 426rwhp on a lower compression engine but we are now ready to take it to the max.
Here are some pictures of my larger crank pulley (stock is 150mm) and smaller SC pulley (stock is 78mm).
I'm looking for 15-18psi now that I found someone who can program around the MAF.

Great!! Looking forward to see the results
Thats some great power at only 6 psi, specially since you are on the 9.1:1 CR.
Are you only on a smaller water pump pulley for clearance? This should be the fastest C55 ever if you get things to work with the MAF.

The AFR is perfect at 12.67 at 6550rpm. The run was done in 80.45F, 30.16 in-Hg, 7% Humidity, Boost was 6.17 at peak.
Car no longer stumbles or stutters. Idles so quiet and smooth. So overall drivability is fantastic. The handling is amazing. It feels like those cars at the go-cart (Speedzone or Malibu Grand Prix) tracks. I can make a sharp right turn at 25mph without even hitting the brakes.
It took a while to get her done but with all the events that went on with Vadim's business interruptions, I understand why. At least she's running fine. If I want to stop now, I will have a car that can run another 150K miles without a problem but I never do so next step is to bring this 9:1 CR reinforced engine, tranny and suspension to the limits of it's potential.

he stated he has someone who can program around the MAF (recently removed MAF with COP on an Evo up here-its wierd).

Out Of Control!!
When? You should take your car to the track as is and see what it can pull in its current format. I woudln't consider a 12.5+ AFR at redline perfect on a boosted car but that's just me. How did you come up with the number 6.17PSI as your boost?

Picking up the car today to drive for 1 week until Evosport opens up a block of time for the next phase. I am re-doing my entire exhaust and getting long tubes as well. Then the car will be prepped for high boost by using either AEM, MOTEC and PECTEL to accomodate 14-15psi (1bar). I will also have a unique INNOVATE product beta-tested on my car that actually does full data-logging by using my iPhone. Brad tested it on my car and it worked great according to him. It has not been released to the market yet.
The car got completely debugged and numerous small malfunctions were fixed due to all the electrical problems caused by the fire (alot of the wires actually melted) and had to be replaced. There were a bunch of vacuum leaks near the throttle body and elsewhere that were also refitted and tightened with professional braces and clamps.
There are no more CELs of any kind and the car has a clean bill of health for the major modding to begin.
A compression and leak down test was performed and it was exactly 150 on all 8 cylinders and 1%-2% leak down on all cylinders as well.
This will be my final series of mods before I call it quits with modding this car.
