Is there a major difference in hp and tq between the two pulleys? I am assuming the 181 is safer for the long haul? Also if one were to add the SL55 intake would there be a flash that could take that into account?

there is a little boost difference, more hp / torque on a modded 32 with 185. I would say both are very safe. I ran a 185mm on my C32 for 60k. A lot of them hard and on the track. I would do it again if given the chance. Some people were doing the 181 in combination with the C3 pulley.

The flash takes into concideration all the mods on the car. Just list them on the ECU mail-in form and we will take care of it.

And as always, even with this sale, all reflashes for additional mods are free, just pay shipping!

dyno tune would require the additonal hourly as discussed over the sale price.

depends on what you are looking to do. I would put the stock on and get a 185.

I don't think your modded enough to run stacked.

HP gains may be different depending on the dyno being used and the rest of the mods that you may or may not have on the car. The basic info to know is that changing the pulley size will change the amount of boost the supercharger will generate. The factory boost is about 14.7 PSI. The 181 pulley takes it up to about 18-19 PSI and the 185 pulley takes it to 22 PSI.

This has me so tempted to go "stacked" with the 181 and my current C3 SC pulley. It should take boost to about 20-22 PSI without throwing CELs. Only concern is, would I have to go with larger injectors??

From what I have heard, there is enough fuel to even allow you to run rich. I recall some one on this forum saying that about his 185mm pulley. I think it was one of the members from Lebanon.

Very tempted to try the 181 or even just replace my c3 for the 185!

But from what I've read the heat is the killer for the 185 and you'd want to run a heat exchanger, especially in our summer. I think I'll stick to a ecu stage 2 tune..

Yes you would. But I was pushing 20-22 lbs with just the 185.

you definately want a heat exchanger no matter what your running as heat is killer in the engine itself. A cool engine is a good engine as far as the long term
