New to the MB forum, New to the MB
Howdy! i just replaced my C5Z with my first Mercedes. i really like the car so far, and im excited to have more room in my weekend car (especially with our first baby on the way) so i picked up a '05 C55 with some nice parts on it

DUDE! u picked this up in Sac @ Legend Auto. u do know this is really not "V8 Kompressor" right? i checked this out in person...i never did get why they replaced the front engine cover with the old school 55 AMG engine cover

i know its crazy they put that one on there. how much $ would you need on top to make it a fair trade? i mean come on mine is some pieced together jobber, far from OEM.

renntech says 460. i guessing that's flywheel hp, it's only 5lbs i believe. no boost gauge no dyno yet. if i get around to any of this you all will know. but to be honest the car works so good i dont really care about the numbers. alot of time numbers can ruin the car for people.

congrats congrats congrats , and welcome to the forum , in the first set of photos i was fooled and did not see the blower nose , i thought WTF y mess up a perfect fender with the kompresor logo , then i was like ahaaaaaaaaaaaaa something lurks there inside the belly of the beast
